Wow, I didn't know it was possible to not be able to hold power chords. =O
And sorry for the HORRIBLE quality that it is, I only had about 1 bar of "reception" going on in Brian's room. =( It could barely pick up the guitar tune I was playing.

I was very tired this morning....almost feel asleep at the counter thing. SO, I went to the drug store thing in the mall for an energy drink and a liter of water. Ended up buying a Red Bull. Never had one before.


*me 30 minutes later*

.........why is my foot tapping really fast? OMG, WHY AM I PLAYING WITH THIS TOY BALL THING!? i need to play black math on the guitar...WHY DO I WANNA PLAY THAT SONG! OMG I BROKE THE KEYCHAIN ON THE TOY!

Needless to say, I was thinking very fast. The red bull did a mighty good job of waking me up. Then later at A-town I was playing DDR. Did a normal game with all 9 footers, then a nonstop, then an oni course and failed at the end, then another oni course and failed at the end once again, then another normal game. @______@ When I got off, I wasn't even physically exhausted....just a little out of breath. I need to drink more of this stuff before I play DDR!!!

I played TONS of drummania! <3
Though....I'm paying for it right now, my arms burn like the dickens! =O

and even some para para >.> <.<

I bought a Flogging Molly shirt, mad props if you know who they are. I've just now realized how much I miss Greenday, so I gotta make up for it by listening to this cd over and over again. Makes me feel kind of relaxed. Probably gonna go shoe shopping today. I need some new ones. Something lighter as well....maybe some vans.

A friend showed me some quiz thing. Apparently, I am "goth" XDDDDDD Some church thing made it a while back and a friend of his showed it to him. He, in turn, showed it to me. He asked me the questions and out of the 30 yes/no questions. I had about 27 yes answers. You only needed 5 to be "goth." We were laughing so hard after about 4 yes answers. He had only about 23. I laugh at what some people consider "goth." Who says ignorance is bliss?

I am no longer able to play DDR in Denton anymore. DDR in Denton was too good to be true anyways. Guess I'll just go back to beating the computers face in Marvel vs Capcom 2 before I go to work. To see Megamix on "our" machine brought a tear to my eye. A piece of me died today. I just hope it can grow back.

FUN!

Today was fun.....except for work, but that doesn't count. After work, the family, I, and a friend headed up to gameworks in grapevine to play some DDR....and see the AWESOMENESS that is the creators of Penny Arcade. I wish I had gotten an autograph, but I they were SURROUNDED by people-bots and such. One dude got his DC signed....I can't believe I didn't think of bringing mine T_T I would have KILLED to get an autograph then.
I also played some DDR while I was there, but the pads were SUPER CRAP. The left arrow on the left side would almost never respond. But before I left, I tried playing on the right side and it wasn't as bad. The right arrow would randomly give out. Which screwed my Angelic Mix score. I had about 9 greats up to the stop, but then after that, the right arrow got stuck for 6 arrows, so I got 6 misses and I stop caring. Ended the song with 32 greats, 6 misses. -_-; I was mad. But I also got a "crowd," which I am not too fond of. Had random people from the crowd yell "PARANOIA SURVIVOR MAX!" I just laughed at the thought. I also saw Zakk there, good thing he didn't play, he would have killed the damn DDR machine. But he is INSANE at DDR. Just the thought of AA'ing Legend of Maxx makes me hurt. Me + LoM = my stamina going =(
For a while, I played MvC2. And by "for a while," I mean for about an hour.

There were so many people there, and about 3 decent players. But apparently, my Ironman, Sentinel, Doom > them. So after 18 wins, everybody gave up and left. I was sad, there were some fun matches, not particularly hard matches, but fun. There were some Cables there, but they weren't anything I couldn't take care of. Basic predictable Cable. Assist, jump, gun shot, super jump, gun shot, grenade. I just kind of laughed and preceded the Cable rape. They hit me with the AHVB once. My Sentinel liked to stomp Cable's face when he was doing the AHVB >=D

After all the gamework crazyness, I was DYING of thirst. So we stopped at the closest gas station to buy liquids. I bought a bottle of Rain, and a liter of water. I downed the bottle of Rain in about 2 seconds to take away my cotton mouth. Then I immediately downed half of the liter of water. Felt SO GOOD. I was about to die if we didn't stop for something. I even thought of drinking my little brother's blood.....he was sitting next to me.

2) Head off to the arcade for my paycheck and maybe a game or two of something
3) Go to the bank and deposit the check and withdraw $20
4) Pick up friend *could happen before I pick up check*
5) Wait for other friend to head out
6) OMG TEH A-TOWN GLORY!
7) Maybe eat somewhere
8) Head off to the movie theatre
9) OMG TEH WILL FERRELL!
10) Go home and have some nice internet time

funny how it works

I find it funny how one little statement can change a lot of things. I've been told two things in the past two days about guitar that has changed the way I play when I am frustrated. And it is a good thing. Sometimes, I'll be trying to play one certain part of a song and I will screw it up for a good while and get frustrated. But now, I just think of the sayings and I don't care anymore. I get more relaxed and then I start to play a little better. I am very glad I was told these things. =)

In other news, I will not be ordering the gaia stuff till probably friday. I get my paycheck on friday, and seeing as to the fact that I am off, I will go pick it up in the morning, deposit it in my bank account, and then go home and order the items. I can't wait till' I get the shirt! Then after all of that garbage, I wait until my friend is off from work and we head off to do things. More then likely, we go to A-town and then watch AnchorMan. It's all just in alpha right now though. So things could change, but either way, I am watching that movie. XP

they are taking pre-orders in the gaia store right now. I am gonna order me a flame shirt. I MUST have it! And the posters are spiff-a aswell. I plan on ordering it all tonight, as I still need to go to the bank and then talk to some friends and ask if they want anything. I'll update tonight after I order all the stuff.

And things change

My plans got interrupted for the day as my mom has to go to Lewisville to do some things. So that means I can't go to the bank until she gets back. Which in turn, delays my whole day and pretty much makes me miss the movie. T____________T

Pays to be lazy

I changed the layout. I really like this one, mad props to Douglas Bowman . I just had to edit some small things: Link color, put comment link thing in, add a link list. I'm still changing a few things, so expect some minor changes. Other then the ones I already made, It's a very nice layout. I was making one on my own again, but I stopped because I hit a wall. Looked thru some pre-made ones, and I found this lovely one. =p

I skipped out on the fireworks. I almost feel bad about it.

I've recently have thought about taking piano lessons. I love the piano and have always wanted to get decent at it. My dad also suggested that I take guitar lessons. I've been thinking about it, and it does sound enticing. The only thing that turns me away is the fact that I don't have much time to do anything during the day as I usually work in the afternoon.....that, and the cost of it. I'm not too sure about the cost, but I'm pretty sure it isn't "cheap."

I stole the fan that was in the hallway and put it in my room. Feels like awesome. If you don't know what awesome feels like, sucks to be you. ^_~

Recently started playing Soul Calibur 2 again. It's been a while, as the last time I played it was when it was first released in the arcades. I found it boring in less then a month though =( I've semi gotten back into it though. I just find it fun to mess around with the computers hilarious AI. I've also started some "Conquest" characters. I'm not a fan of the conquest mode, as it is just there to rob quarters from you and to give you a false sense of satisfaction. I play it because it's the only way to play some semi-smart AI controlled characters.

I plan on making a trip to the bank after work, then the music store for some picks and a slide. Then after that, Best buy and finally the movie theatre to watch Fahrenheit 9/11. Another film done by the genius that is Michael Moore.

I wish life had a rewind button.

OMG...just saw spider-man 2....all I can say is "WOW!"
